Children's Program

At Independent Opportunities we know that the number of children in need is always too many.

The Independent Opportunities Children's Program is a child placing agency which contracts with the Department for Community Based Services. It is an innovative treatment program for children in need of a family setting. The Children's Program supports caring adults who would like to provide a safe place for children where their physical, educational, and mental health needs are being met.
